Job Responsibilities
The Warehouse Incharge will oversee and manage warehouse operations while ensuring efficiency, compliance, and safety. Responsibilities include:
- Warehouse Operations Management
- Manage warehouse operations in line with Engro Fertilizers’ policies, HSE standards, and legal regulations.
- Report any safety incidents or deviations promptly as per company guidelines.
- Inventory Control
- Accurately manage and maintain inventory of products, equipment, and company assets.
- Ensure timely loading/unloading of goods and monitor product quality.
- Organization and Housekeeping
- Maintain a well-organized warehouse with proper housekeeping practices.
- Ensure all assets are stored safely and systematically.
- Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee process-related tasks and ensure smooth documentation of operations.
- Process Improvement
- Perform Key Activity Tracking & Log Analysis (KATLA) to monitor operational efficiency.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement and effective warehouse management.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA/B.Com or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience:
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in warehouse or inventory management.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage teams and coordinate operations effectively.
- Proficiency in preparing reports and managing inventory systems.
