Position: Management Trainee Officer (MTO)

Key Responsibilities:

As an MTO, you will:

• Gain hands-on experience in Marketing & Sales, Quality Control, or Supply Chain Management.
• Work on key business areas and contribute to business growth by participating in various projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality, ensure smooth supply chain operations, or develop sales strategies.
• Utilize data analysis and Microsoft Office tools to track and report progress.
• Demonstrate excellent time management to meet deadlines and performance expectations.
• Develop communication skills by working closely with teams and presenting data-driven insights.

Requirements:

• Education:
  • BBA Hon’s or MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • BS Hon’s or MS in Food Science for roles in Quality Enhancement.
• Experience:
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Up to 1 year of relevant experience will be preferred.
• Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates.

Required Skills:
