The Early Years Daycare & Child Development Centre is hiring a dedicated Teacher/Trainer to join its vibrant team in Gulberg, Lahore. Key Responsibilities:

As a Teacher/Trainer at The Early Years, you will be responsible for creating and executing lesson plans, conducting training, and managing classroom events. Your duties will include:

• Lesson Delivery:
  Conduct 15 hours of active classes per week, ensuring that lessons are engaging, educational, and aligned with the development goals of the children.
• Event Planning & Supervision:
  Plan, supervise, and conduct events and parties in collaboration with lead teachers and the operations manager, creating a vibrant learning atmosphere.
• Administrative Responsibilities:
  Complete and submit all paperwork and center reports accurately and on time, ensuring smooth operations and regulatory compliance.
• Training & Development:
  Design, develop, and conduct center-based and franchise trainings in collaboration with corporate staff to enhance the skills of fellow educators.
• Parent & Member Communication:
  Maintain open and effective communication with families, addressing queries and maintaining up-to-date customer data.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be considered for the Teacher/Trainer role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• Education:
  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a field related to early childhood education, child development, or a similar area.
• Experience:
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in teaching or training, preferably in early childhood education or a related field.
• Skills Required:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage classroom activities, events, and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Experience with event planning and leading classroom activities.
  • Ability to design and conduct training programs for staff.
