Key Responsibilities:

As the Supervisor – ICFR, your role will include the following key responsibilities:

• Evaluation of ICFR:
  Conduct evaluations of the bank-wide Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) to ensure all financial reporting processes are in compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
• Review and Update Risk and Control Matrices:
  Review, update, and maintain documentation related to risk and control matrices to reflect any changes or improvements in the control environment.
• Prepare Presentations for the Board Audit Committee:
  Create detailed presentations and reports for senior management and the Board Audit Committee, summarizing key findings, risks, and recommendations.

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience:

• Up to 3 years of experience in Internal Audit or ICFR, with strong exposure to control and risk management processes.

Qualification:

• Chartered Accountant (part-qualified), ACCA member, or Internal Control Auditor with relevant experience in financial audits and risk management practices.
