Key Responsibilities

As a Store Officer at Pepsi – Haidri Beverages, your responsibilities will include:

✔️ Receiving and issuing raw materials, ensuring accurate documentation and SAP postings.
✔️ Processing GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) for import and local shipments.
✔️ Issuing raw materials as per production reservations and maintaining stock records.
✔️ Entering Service Entry Sheets (SES) in SAP after service completion.
✔️ Coordinating with the purchase department for weekly approvals and price verification.
✔️ Managing procurement and finance coordination for purchase orders and non-PO shipments.
✔️ Handling rejected or short materials by working with finance and procurement teams.
✔️ Creating returnable/non-returnable gate passes for intercompany and rejected materials.
✔️ Conducting cycle counts of raw materials to ensure inventory accuracy.
✔️ Supporting monthly audits by ensuring zero variance in stock reports.
✔️ Ensuring compliance with Good Warehouse Practices (GWP), AIBI, and food safety regulations.
✔️ Performing any additional duties assigned by management.

Eligibility Criteria

✔️ Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.

✔️ Experience:

• 3-4 years of experience in inventory management, procurement, or warehousing (preferably in the FMCG or beverages industry).

✔️ Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in SAP for inventory and stock management.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, procurement, and warehousing.
• Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail for stock reconciliation and audit compliance.
• Understanding of food safety and industry regulations.
