Key Responsibilities

As a Sr. Officer – Policies & Procedures (Foreign Exchange), your responsibilities will include:

✔️ Developing and updating policies & procedures related to foreign exchange transactions.
✔️ Ensuring compliance with foreign exchange regulations and international banking standards.
✔️ Monitoring operational policies to align with the latest regulatory requirements from SBP and international financial institutions.
✔️ Collaborating with internal departments to implement process improvements and ensure efficient foreign exchange operations.
✔️ Conducting training sessions for banking staff to enhance understanding of FX policies.
✔️ Identifying operational risks and recommending corrective actions.

Eligibility Criteria

✔️ Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

✔️ Experience:

• Relevant banking experience in foreign exchange operations, policies, or compliance.

✔️ Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of foreign exchange regulations and policies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret and implement regulatory guidelines effectively.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
