Style Textile, a leading organization in the textile industry, is hiring for the position of Senior HR Business Partner to play a vital role in the company’s workforce management. Location: Manga, Lahore
Department: Human Resources
Workforce Planning & Organizational Structure: Lead initiatives to ensure the organization is agile and scalable to meet business needs.
Performance Management: Drive processes including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end calibrations to ensure high performance across the company.
Talent Management: Identify high-potential employees, support succession planning, and develop bench strength to foster growth within the organization.
Employee Development: Support the implementation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and structured learning interventions to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Employee Relations: Act as a key partner in resolving complex employee relations issues to ensure a positive work environment.
Employee Experience & Retention: Analyze HR data and design initiatives to improve employee experience and retention rates.
Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: 8-12 years of experience in HR, with at least 3-5 years as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at a reputable organization.
Skills & Expertise:
Strong understanding of HR practices, organizational design, and talent management strategies.
Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lead HR initiatives and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
