Position: Senior HR Business Partner

Location: Manga, Lahore
Department: Human Resources


Key Responsibilities

  • Workforce Planning & Organizational Structure: Lead initiatives to ensure the organization is agile and scalable to meet business needs.

  • Performance Management: Drive processes including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end calibrations to ensure high performance across the company.

  • Talent Management: Identify high-potential employees, support succession planning, and develop bench strength to foster growth within the organization.

  • Employee Development: Support the implementation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and structured learning interventions to enhance employee skills and competencies.

  • Employee Relations: Act as a key partner in resolving complex employee relations issues to ensure a positive work environment.

  • Employee Experience & Retention: Analyze HR data and design initiatives to improve employee experience and retention rates.


Requirements

  • Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Experience: 8-12 years of experience in HR, with at least 3-5 years as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at a reputable organization.

  • Skills & Expertise:

    • Strong understanding of HR practices, organizational design, and talent management strategies.

    • Excellent analytical and presentation skills.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to lead HR initiatives and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
