About the Role: Online Sales Officer

As an Online Sales Officer, you will be the vital link between Master Group’s online operations and customers. The position requires you to ensure a seamless online shopping experience, manage customer queries, and coordinate with teams for timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction & Order Management:
  • Handle order verification calls for various Master brands.
  • Provide prompt responses to customer service queries.
  • Manage the official WhatsApp channel for customer interactions.
  • Offer after-sale assistance, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Delivery & Coordination:
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Work with logistics partners such as TCS, Daraz, M&P, PakWheels, and Trax for order reconciliations and returns.
  • Confirm and fulfill furniture orders, including payment verification.
• Claims & Reports:
  • Process damage return claims and coordinate zonal deliveries.
  • Verify payments and handle settlements efficiently.
  • Generate daily sales reports to track performance and outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA, BBA, or equivalent qualification).
• Experience:
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, sales, or customer service.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and delivery processes is a plus.
