Competitor Analysis & Market Insights

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Identify new business development and conversion opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to improve sales performance and maintain a competitive edge.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring quick and efficient resolution.

Reporting & Documentation
