As the Manager Service – Technical, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality after-sales services, improving customer satisfaction, and supporting field teams. Key responsibilities include:
Partner Coordination: Work closely with partners to implement MG’s standards aimed at improving customer retention and satisfaction.
Customer Complaints Management: Oversee the resolution of customer complaints within stipulated timelines, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor partner performance in technical support, training, free services, and warranty administration, ensuring that all services meet company standards.
Technical Support: Provide technical support to field teams to diagnose and resolve service issues efficiently and effectively.
Operational Management: Ensure smooth operations of service functions, including overseeing the efficient handling of warranty claims and service requests.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
Experience: 6-8 years in a similar role within the automotive industry (OEM).
Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry’s after-sales service operations.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities to guide and support field teams.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure effective interaction with partners, teams, and customers.
Problem Solving: Ability to manage and resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for managing relationships with various stakeholders.
