Key Responsibilities:

As a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) in Finance, you will gain hands-on experience across various finance and accounting functions. Key responsibilities include:

• Training and Development:

  Work on live projects and get exposure to different financial tasks and decision-making processes within the firm.

Eligibility Criteria:

To qualify for the MTO – Finance position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education:
  Fresh graduates with degrees in Accounting and Finance. The degrees may include:

  • BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration)

  • B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce)

  • BS (Bachelor of Science) in Accounting or Finance

  • M.Com (Master of Commerce)

  • MBA (Master of Business Administration)

• Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools.

  • An analytical mindset with attention to detail.

  • Good teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively within the organization.
