Key Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee Officer – Sales, you will:

   • Supervise Order Bookers to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Market Engagement:
   • Identify and execute marketing opportunities at the outlet level, fostering in-store branding to capture customer attention and drive sales.
4. Coaching and Support:
   • Train Order Bookers to maintain adequate stock levels for all SKUs, ensuring proper merchandising on shelves, racks, and coolers.
5. Market Visits:
   • Conduct regular visits to evaluate the performance of Order Bookers, identify market development opportunities, and drive conversions.
6. Competitive Analysis:
   • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead in the market.
7. Customer Relations:
   • Address customer complaints and inquiries promptly, ensuring resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
8. Reporting:

Eligibility Criteria
