Key Responsibilities
As a Management Trainee Officer – Sales, you will:

- Supervise Order Bookers to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Market Engagement:
- Identify and execute marketing opportunities at the outlet level, fostering in-store branding to capture customer attention and drive sales.
- Coaching and Support:
- Train Order Bookers to maintain adequate stock levels for all SKUs, ensuring proper merchandising on shelves, racks, and coolers.
- Market Visits:
- Conduct regular visits to evaluate the performance of Order Bookers, identify market development opportunities, and drive conversions.
- Competitive Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead in the market.
- Customer Relations:
- Address customer complaints and inquiries promptly, ensuring resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Reporting:

Eligibility Criteria
