About the Role

As the Lead Design & PD, you will be at the forefront of creating innovative designs and solutions that cater to clients from the US, UK, and EU. This role involves not just design expertise but also strategic collaboration and execution of global exhibitions and fabric fairs, making it ideal for someone with a mix of creativity and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Collaboration: Work closely with international clients to understand their needs and translate them into creative and innovative design solutions.
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research and trend analysis to stay ahead in the ever-evolving textile industry.
• Product Value Engineering: Develop cost-effective products while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Exhibitions & Fairs: Plan, lead, and execute global exhibitions and fabric fairs in collaboration with the Marketing team.
• Team Leadership: Guide your team in creating designs, technical specifications, and mood boards aligned with forthcoming trends and client requirements.

Key Requirements

• Education: Minimum 16 years of education in a relevant field.
• Experience: 8–10 years of experience working with international clients and managing global projects.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of textile fabrics and design principles.
• Skills:
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
