Job Title: Head of Partnerships & Service Delivery
Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in managing partnerships, service delivery, or operations management.
Education: BBA with a specialization in Operations Management (MBA preferred)
Location: Punjab, Pakistan

Partnership Management:
Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration with multiple internal and external teams. You will play a central role in building strong partnerships with agricultural stakeholders, ensuring FasalPay’s growth and success in Punjab.
Service Delivery Excellence:
Oversee service delivery operations, ensuring high-quality execution and customer satisfaction. Ensure that all services are delivered on time and meet the set standards.
Operational Leadership:
Manage day-to-day operations, from project planning to execution, with a focus on process design and continuous improvement. Drive the implementation of efficient operational practices and solutions.
Strategic Analysis & Reporting:
Lead the analysis of service delivery performance and partnership metrics. Provide actionable insights and reports to senior management, driving decision-making and strategy.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and technology, to streamline processes, optimize resources, and maximize impact.
In-depth Knowledge of the Agricultural Ecosystem:
A thorough understanding of Punjab’s agricultural sector is essential to drive business growth and deliver value to farmers and partners.
Project Management Expertise:
Experience with process design, project management, and improvement methodologies is crucial to leading and executing initiatives effectively.
Strong Analytical & Problem-solving Skills:
Ability to think strategically and analyze data to identify challenges and opportunities.
Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills:
You will be required to present ideas and reports to stakeholders at all levels. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Tools Proficiency:
Proficiency in MS Office and other project management and reporting tools is essential.
