As a Finance Officer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering and submitting documents and cheques to various banks and financial institutions as required.
- Arranging monthly account statements and transaction advices to keep track of financial activities.
- Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure the clearance of monthly account transactions.
- Compiling, verifying, and sorting accurate information for data entry, ensuring the integrity of financial data.
- Maintaining electronic records of all documents to ensure that they are fully updated and readily accessible.
Person Specifications:
To qualify for this role, candidates should possess the following:
- Educational Background: B.Com, M.Com, or an equivalent degree in finance or accounting.
- Experience: Up to 1 year of relevant experience is preferred, making this a suitable position for fresh graduates as well.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, along with good numerical skills.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
