Key Responsibilities:
As a Field Operations Executive, you will:
- Engage with Farmers:
Work directly with local farmers, providing them with financial solutions and guidance on how to improve their agricultural practices using fintech products.
- Conduct Field Visits:
Visit agricultural sites to assess the effectiveness of the fintech solutions and identify any issues that may need to be addressed.
- Data Collection and Reporting:
Gather data related to farming activities, financial transactions, and other relevant information to ensure accurate and efficient reporting.
- Support Implementation of Fintech Solutions:
Assist in the implementation of financial technologies that help streamline farmers’ access to credit, payments, and other financial services.
- Coordinate with Internal Teams:
Work closely with other departments to ensure that field activities align with the overall goals of the company and meet the needs of the farmers.
- Problem Solving:
Address and resolve any challenges faced by farmers regarding fintech services, providing on-the-ground solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Background:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in field operations, agriculture, or fintech will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of local agricultural practices and financial services is beneficial.
- Communication Skills:
