✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree (Agriculture graduates preferred)
✅ Preferred Candidates: Local residents of Toba Tek Singh

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔ Engage with farmers, agricultural suppliers, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
✔ Provide on-ground support and guidance regarding FasalPay’s credit solutions, agri-inputs, and fintech services.
✔ Oversee and coordinate field activities to drive customer engagement and product adoption.
✔ Build strong relationships with farming communities to enhance trust and service reach.
✔ Identify growth opportunities and provide feedback for service improvement.
✔ Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures.
✔ Collect and analyze field data to support decision-making.

🔹 Required Skills & Competencies

📌 Technical Skills:
✔ Strong knowledge of agriculture, farming practices, and agri-business operations.
