Qualification:
Master’s or MBA from a reputable institute
Experience:
Minimum 5–6 years of professional experience in the automobile industry (OEM preferred)
As the Deputy Manager – Service Operations, you will:
Lead & Monitor Service Operations across dealerships to maintain service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Develop Dealer Capabilities by monitoring and improving after-sales support and service networks.
Support Planning & Budgeting to optimize resource allocation and ROI on service operations.
Drive Service Marketing Initiatives and support the business development of after-sales services.
Analyze business performance through KPIs and service reports to ensure continuous improvement.
Identify and resolve service issues while enhancing the customer experience through operational best practices.
Leadership & Team Management: Ability to guide and mentor regional and dealer-level service teams.
Strategic Thinking: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a forward-thinking mindset.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Familiarity with service KPIs, performance metrics, and audit systems.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
