Key Requirements:

• Educational Background:
  • BBA/MBA with a solid foundation in Finance.
• Experience:
  • 2-3 years of experience in the Energy Sector is preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI is essential.

Overall Responsibilities:

As a Commercial Analyst at Engro Energy, you will be responsible for managing critical aspects of the coal supply chain and ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your key duties will include:

• Coal Supply Management:
  • Ensure the timely supply of coal to off-takers and regularly coordinate to meet their requirements.
  • Prepare forecasts for future demand and sales to maintain optimal supply levels.
• Financial Coordination:
  • Submit monthly invoices, ensure timely payment collection, and meet financial targets.
• Compliance and Audit:
  • Ensure full compliance with the Coal Supply Agreement (CSA).
  • Facilitate internal and external audits to maintain transparency and adherence to regulations.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Work closely with government/regulatory bodies and other stakeholders, providing reports and updates as needed.
• Cross-Department Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with various departments, including production, finance, legal, and senior management, to ensure that all business requirements are met efficiently.
