Key Responsibilities

As a Career Advisor at BCP, your role will include:

✔️ Developing a strategic plan (Advisor Calendar) to implement the career counseling policies, goals, and practices of the department.
✔️ Guiding students through the university application process, helping them complete and submit applications to their preferred institutions.
✔️ Providing advice on career choices, subject selection, and academic planning to ensure students make informed decisions.
✔️ Maintaining strong communication with national and international universities, gathering information to assist students in higher education applications.
✔️ Conducting career workshops, university fairs, and guidance sessions to inform students about educational opportunities.
✔️ Helping students build strong admission profiles, including personal statements, essays, and recommendation letters.
✔️ Assisting in scholarship applications and financial aid processes for students applying abroad.

Eligibility Criteria

✔️ Education:

• Master’s degree (Foreign/International qualification is an added benefit).

✔️ Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in career counseling, academic advising, or student guidance.

✔️ Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of university admissions and career pathways.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to guide students in making academic and career decisions.
