Airblue, a leading airline in Pakistan, is seeking to hire a Call Center Counselor for its call center operations in Islamabad. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a keen interest in customer service within the aviation industry.
As a Call Center Counselor, you will be responsible for managing customer queries, assisting with flight bookings, and providing outstanding customer service. You will handle incoming calls, address customer concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Your role will involve working in rotating shifts, so flexibility and a positive attitude towards handling diverse customer inquiries are essential.
Customer Interaction:
Handle inbound calls from customers and provide necessary assistance in booking flights, providing flight details, and addressing other travel-related inquiries.
Problem Resolution:
Resolve customer complaints, ensuring that all issues are handled professionally and efficiently.
Product Knowledge:
Possess a strong understanding of Airblue’s services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
Data Management:
Maintain customer interaction records in the system and ensure that all data is accurately entered.
Customer Satisfaction:
Strive to enhance customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.
Shift Flexibility:
Ability to work in rotating shifts and adjust to different working hours as required.
Education:
A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Experience:
At least 1 – 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a call center environment.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu. A pleasant personality and the ability to communicate clearly are a must.
Computer Skills:
Proficiency in basic computer skills and the ability to navigate systems quickly.
Age:
Between 22 and 28 years of age.
Availability for Rotating Shifts:
Must be flexible and willing to work in rotating shifts.
