• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or a related role, preferably in the retail or manufacturing industry.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including the ability to create and manage complex financial models and reports.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on attention to detail.
• Problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the following key duties:

• Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of retail operations to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial reports, and performance dashboards for senior management.
• Stock Management & Inventory Control: Provide data-driven recommendations on stock management, purchasing patterns, and inventory control strategies to optimize business performance.
• Financial Modeling: Create, maintain, and automate financial models for forecasting sales, evaluating costs, and assessing brand performance.
• Identifying Opportunities: Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost reductions, efficiency improvements, and revenue enhancement across various brands under the Eastgate umbrella.
