🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead Commercial Banking Strategy – Provide strategic direction for commercial banking segments to meet business objectives.
✔ Monitor Regional Performance – Oversee profitability, risk management, and compliance within the commercial banking division.
✔ Credit & Portfolio Management – Ensure sound credit risk assessment and portfolio growth.

🔹 Required Qualifications & Experience

🎓 Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institute (Master’s preferred).
💼 Experience: 12+ years of banking experience, including 10 years in credit roles.
📈 Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and lead multiple teams across commercial banking clusters.
🔍 Expertise in Credit & Risk Management: In-depth knowledge of credit policies, portfolio management, and regulatory requirements.
📊 Analytical & Decision-Making Skills: Ability to analyze financial statements and assess credit risks effectively.
