🔹 Job Responsibilities & Requirements

1️⃣ Supervisor Shifts

📌 Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
📌 Qualifications: Intermediate / Graduation
📌 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Oversee and manage shift schedules for transport staff.
✔ Ensure timely and safe transportation for employees.
✔ Supervise daily operations and report any issues.
✔ Maintain records and ensure vehicle compliance with safety standards.

2️⃣ Coordinator Transport

📌 Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
📌 Qualifications: Intermediate / Graduation
📌 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Coordinate transport schedules and routes efficiently.
✔ Assist in managing fleet operations and driver assignments.
✔ Ensure smooth and timely transport services.
✔ Work closely with other departments to optimize transportation logistics.

🔹 Mandatory Requirements

✔ Valid Driving License (Must bring original during the interview).
✔ Knowledge of traffic signs, rules, and regulations.
✔ Basic automotive repair & maintenance skills.
✔ Familiarity with Lahore’s local routes and road networks.
✔ Must be a Lahore resident.
✔ Understanding of traffic signals, road safety, and compliance.
