As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for a range of critical financial and operational tasks, including:
Managing Letters of Credit (LC):
Establish and manage LCs and contract registrations.
Facilitate import processes through LCs and contracts in collaboration with banks.
Banking Operations:
Handle documentation for outgoing and incoming foreign remittances.
Oversee banking facilities and coordinate all bank-related tasks.
Negotiate with banks for the release or retirement of non-negotiable original documents.
Documentation & Reporting:
Collect debit/credit advices and tax challans from banks for reconciliation and record-keeping.
Prepare monthly reports on outstanding LCs and contracts.
Compile stock reports for banking purposes.
Support Functions:
Assist the sales division by facilitating banking processes for imports.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
BBA (Preference for ACCA/ICMA part-qualified or qualified candidates).
Skills & Abilities:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
