Qualifications and Experience: The Ideal Candidate

Education: You should hold a minimum of an MBA or BBA in Human Resources (HR). This educational background is the foundation of your HR expertise.
Experience: While a fresh graduate with a strong passion for HR is encouraged to apply, candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience, especially in the Food/FMCG industry, will be preferred. Prior experience, even if limited, is a valuable asset in HR.
