Position: AM-COMPLIANCE

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
NEBOSH and EHS certifications will be considered advantageous.
3 to 4 years of experience in compliance roles in a manufacturing environment, focusing on Environmental Health & Safety and Brands’ Code of Conduct.
Strong knowledge of relevant local and international regulations and Code of Conduct standards.

Responsibilities & Skills

Monitor and ensure compliance with Environmental Health and Safety regulations, legal requirements, and the company’s code of conduct.
Provide comprehensive training to workers and staff on social compliance requirements, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
Ensure effective implementation of the Emergency Response Plan.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and incident investigations.
Conduct Environmental Health & Safety Risk Assessments, identify compliance gaps, and coordinate with technical teams to develop corrective action plans.
Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the management team to align policies with industry best practices and legal requirements.
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and training skills.
Conduct supply chain assessments as necessary.
