Key Responsibilities: As an Executive in Marketing (Home) at Sapphire, you will be at the forefront of our marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Merchandising: Showcase your creativity by contributing to the visual appeal of our home products.
- Order Handling: Manage the processing and fulfillment of customer orders efficiently.
- Customer Queries: Address customer inquiries regarding orders with professionalism and courtesy.
- ERP Data Handling: Utilize your skills in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to manage and organize marketing data.
- Execution & Follow-ups: Ensure the smooth execution of marketing strategies and follow up on orders to meet customer expectations.
- Reporting & Analytics: Provide insightful reports and analytics to contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- BBA/MBA
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in marketing
Skills/Knowledge:
- Proficient in MS Office
- Analytics and Reporting
- Good Communication
- Interpersonal Skills
