Position Title: Buying Coordinator

Location: Head Office, Karachi

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA) from a reputable university.
Ideally, 1 to 2 years of experience in retail buying.
A strong desire to build a long-term career as a retail buyer.

Responsibilities: As a Buying Coordinator at Imtiaz, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth functioning of our purchasing system. Key responsibilities include:

Designing and maintaining vendor reports, evaluating issues, and preparing data reports.
Coordinating with supervisors and maintaining spreadsheets.
Evaluating purchase orders for accuracy and ensuring timely deliveries by coordinating with vendors.
Monitoring inventory levels and maintaining demand sheets in close coordination with operations.
Ensuring displays of new articles and maintaining catalogues.
Accompanying the buyer on purchasing trips and meticulously maintaining buying records with pictures.
Regularly visiting stores and managing damages or vendor returns.
