Position: Audit Executive Location: Port Qasim – Karachi

Role Description: As an Audit Executive at Master Group of Industries, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial information and internal controls. Key responsibilities include:

Comprehensive Audits: Conduct detailed and systematic audits of financial records, with a specific emphasis on inventory, reconciliation, and ageing analysis for foam and furniture businesses.
Inventory Management: Plan and execute inventory audits to verify the accuracy of physical stock versus recorded quantities. Identify and investigate discrepancies, losses, or inefficiencies in inventory management.
Financial Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliations of financial statements, ensuring consistency and accuracy. Coordinate with relevant departments to address and resolve discrepancies identified during the reconciliation process.
Ageing Analysis: Analyze ageing reports to assess the status of outstanding balances.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive audit documentation, including work papers, findings, and recommendations. Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting key observations, risks, and suggested improvements.
Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake any other tasks assigned by the management related to internal audit.

Qualification:

ACMA/ACCA/CIMA/ICMA/MBA in Finance

Relevant Experience:

2 to 3 years of prior experience in the relevant field

Salary:

Competitive salary ranging from 60,000 to 70,000 PKR, along with additional benefits
