We are seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to join our team at Hico Ice Cream. The Assistant Brand Manager will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of brand strategy and marketing plans for our ice cream products. This individual will play a key role in driving brand awareness and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategy and marketing plans
Conduct market research and analyze consumer data to understand customer needs and preferences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative teams, to ensure brand consistency and cohesive messaging
Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional advertising, promotions, and events
Collaborate with external agencies and partners to execute marketing initiatives
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and make adjustments as needed to optimize results
Assist in budget management and forecasting for marketing campaigns
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
1-2 years of experience in a marketing or brand management role
Strong analytical and research skills
Excellent communication and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Passion for the food and beverage industry is a plus
