Position: AM Corporate Compliance
As the AM Corporate Compliance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination among executive board members. Your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling meetings for executive board members across the Group.
- Managing calendars, ensuring availability for meetings and appointments.
- Communicating effectively with board members to confirm schedules and meeting agendas.
- Collaborating with board members to prepare meeting agendas.
- Arranging meeting venues or virtual conference platforms.
- Coordinating travel arrangements if necessary.
- Attending board meetings and recording accurate minutes.
- Summarizing discussions, decisions, and action items during meetings.
- Distributing meeting minutes promptly and ensuring their approval.
- Tracking action items assigned during meetings.
- Following up with board members and stakeholders to ensure completion of tasks.
- Providing status updates on outstanding action items.
- Maintaining organized records of meeting minutes, agendas, and related documents.
- Ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Acting as a point of contact between executive board members and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assisting in prioritizing tasks and activities for board members.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- ACCA/BBA with majors in finance
- Head Office Lahore
