Position: Accounts Officer (Receivables)

Qualifications:

BBA/BA/Equivalent Degree
1-3 Years of relevant experience, preferably in the Food/FMCG Industry

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain & Review Financial Records:
- Ensure meticulous upkeep of financial records to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
- Regularly review financial documentation for completeness and correctness.
Compliance Assurance:
- Ensure adherence to accounting principles and industry standards.
- Work diligently to meet regulatory and organizational financial compliance requirements.
Timely Posting of Receipts:
- Guarantee the prompt posting of both bank and cash receipts to maintain an up-to-date financial record.
Transaction Recording:
- Record financial transactions accurately and efficiently using the company’s accounting software.
Sales Invoicing:
- Take charge of preparing sales invoices in accordance with organizational policies.
Bank Transactions:
- Visit banks as required to process daily financial transactions on behalf of the company.
Query Handling:
- Address and resolve queries related to accounts promptly and professionally.
Assigned Tasks:
- Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line manager.
