As our HR Expert, you will be the trusted advisor to both internal teams and client organisations. Reporting to the Head of Consultancy Services, you will lead end-to-end HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with labour laws, driving employee engagement, and consulting on strategic people-management projects.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
Design recruitment campaigns, conduct interviews, and manage the hiring lifecycle for both Bestway Consultancy and client assignments.
Develop onboarding programmes to integrate new hires effectively.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Serve as point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Plan and execute engagement activities, surveys, and recognition programmes.
Policy Development & Compliance:
Draft and update HR policies in line with the latest Pakistan Labour Laws and Bestway Group guidelines.
Conduct audits to ensure consistent policy enforcement.
Learning & Development:
Assess training needs; design and deliver workshops on leadership, communication, and technical skills.
Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Performance Management:
Implement annual appraisal cycles, set KPIs, and coach managers on feedback delivery.
Analyse performance data to identify high-potentials and areas for improvement.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
Maintain HR dashboards (headcount, turnover, engagement) and present insights to senior leadership.
Use MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and data analysis.
Education: MBA or BBA, preferably with a specialisation in Human Resources.
Experience: 5–7 years in HR generalist or specialist roles—experience in consulting or professional services is a plus.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong command of Pakistani labour regulations and best HR practices.
Excellent communication in English and Urdu/Roman Urdu.
Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel for analysis).
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client-facing projects.

Hours: 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
