Key Responsibilities

As an Admissions Officer, you will:

1. Evaluate Scholarship Applications
   • Review and assess scholarship applications based on pre-established criteria.
   • Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure fair evaluation of candidates.
2. Data Analysis & Reporting
   • Develop detailed Excel spreadsheets to track applications, evaluations, and outcomes.
   • Generate comprehensive reports on scholarship distribution, trends, and impacts.
   • Perform year-on-year comparisons of admissions data to identify patterns and inform planning.
3. Strategic Guidance
   • Provide recommendations for scholarship awards through meticulous analysis.
   • Offer insights to enhance scholarship processes and improve student guidance.
4. Communication
   • Respond professionally to inquiries from students, parents, and staff regarding scholarship eligibility and processes.
   • Present data-driven insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Eligibility Criteria

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Educational Background:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Data Analysis, or a related field.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data analysis tools).
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting and presenting complex data sets.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Effective multitasking and organizational capabilities.
• Experience:
  • Proven ability to guide students through scholarship processes and eligibility criteria.
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing and presenting data-driven insights.
