Key Responsibilities
As a Support Center Representative, your primary duties will include:
- Customer Interaction Management
- Handle Webchat and WhatsApp support efficiently.
- Respond to customer queries, complaints, and feedback on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram, including direct messages, comments, and mentions.
- Complaint Resolution
- Diagnose and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Record complaints in the CRM system as Trouble/Request Tickets and ensure timely follow-ups to meet the Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Customer Retention and Upselling
- Manage customer retention strategies and reduce churn.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and senior management, to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
Skills Required
To excel in this role, you need:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
- Active problem-solving capabilities and the ability to collaborate effectively.
