Position Title:

Front Desk Officer


Key Responsibilities:

As a Front Desk Officer, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and callers. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth front desk operations and providing a warm welcome to guests.

  1. Guest Reception:
    • Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly attitude.
    • Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  2. Call Management:
    • Operate the PABX system to handle all incoming and outgoing calls.
    • Transfer calls to relevant departments or personnel.
    • Monitor call traffic and ensure quick and efficient handling of calls.
  3. Customer Support:
    • Address and handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
    • Provide accurate information about the company’s services and events.
  4. Front Desk Organization:
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area at all times.
    • Process reservations and keep accurate booking records.
  5. Administrative Support:
    • Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Requirement:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.

Experience Requirement:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in front desk or customer service roles is preferred.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with PABX systems and basic administrative tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest concerns in a professional manner.
