Responsibilities: Leading the IT Revolution in Retail

Your role as the Senior Manager ERP will involve hands-on, end-to-end management of Microsoft Dynamics 365, an ERP system that covers various operations, including finance, supply chain, CRM, and warehouse management. Here’s a glimpse of your responsibilities:

Collaboration: You’ll work directly with C-level executives across various retail divisions, including finance, supply chain, e-commerce, and sales managers. Your role is to be the go-to person for all things related to retail business.
Bridge the Gap: You will be the liaison between business users and technology partners, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of ERP services. Your focus is on seamless D365 ERP and Power BI operations at the head office and within the extensive retail network.
Project Management: You will be responsible for the entire project management cycle of any new developments. This includes leading requirement analysis sessions to deliver comprehensive features and products in an agile environment.
Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and solutions in retail technology. Enable the business to reach top-line targets through innovative, digital, and paperless approaches. Manage D365 proactive quality updates and Power BI refreshers.
Stakeholder Management: As an expert communicator and persuader, you will manage stakeholder relationships effectively, ensuring consensus among all involved parties.
Team Management: You will lead a technical team consisting of D365 head office and retail experts.
