Job Description:
As a Planning Lead at Style Textile, you will play a pivotal role in the production planning process. Your key responsibilities include:
- On-time Planning: Efficiently plan finishing machines, ensuring maximum utilization of capacity and adherence to production timelines.
- Shortfall Planning: Handle shortfall planning, checking, revision, and distribution of fabric to maintain a seamless production process.
- Production Status Reporting: Maintain comprehensive production status reports to facilitate effective decision-making.
- Process Optimization: Implement lean techniques like FMEA for data analysis in dyeing units, identifying and solving problems to enhance efficiency.
- Lot Shuffling: Ensure sustained shuffling and zero positioning of lots for a well-organized workflow.
Ideal Profile:
- Qualification: B.Sc in Chemical Engineering
- Experience: Maximum 3-4 years of relevant work experience
