Key Responsibilities:

As the Warranty Administration Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the warranty administration processes. Your key responsibilities include:

• Managing Warranty Claims:
  Oversee the entire warranty claims process, ensuring compliance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines. Process claims accurately and efficiently.

• Monitor Warranty Costs:
  Track warranty costs, identify claim trends, and recommend improvements to minimize warranty-related expenses.

• Liaise with Dealers and Service Teams:
  Work closely with dealers and internal service teams to address any warranty-related issues, ensuring timely claim settlements.

• Record Maintenance:
  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of warranty claims, supporting documentation, and communication with dealers and service teams.

• Process Improvement:
  Identify opportunities to improve warranty administration processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Requirements:

• Education:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience:

  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in warranty operations within the automobile industry.

  • A solid understanding of vehicle systems, claim validation procedures, and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) warranty policies is essential.

• Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (preferably Oracle).

  • Strong communication and coordination skills to manage interactions across departments and with dealer networks.

  • Excellent analytical skills to monitor trends and ensure efficient workflow management.

• Key Attributes:

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume workflows efficiently.

  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address complex warranty issues.

  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
