Job Responsibilities

The Warehouse Incharge will oversee and manage warehouse operations while ensuring efficiency, compliance, and safety. Responsibilities include:

1. Warehouse Operations Management
   • Manage warehouse operations in line with Engro Fertilizers’ policies, HSE standards, and legal regulations.
   • Report any safety incidents or deviations promptly as per company guidelines.
2. Inventory Control
   • Accurately manage and maintain inventory of products, equipment, and company assets.
   • Ensure timely loading/unloading of goods and monitor product quality.
3. Organization and Housekeeping
   • Maintain a well-organized warehouse with proper housekeeping practices.
   • Ensure all assets are stored safely and systematically.
4. Reporting and Documentation
   • Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports to relevant stakeholders.
   • Oversee process-related tasks and ensure smooth documentation of operations.
5. Process Improvement
   • Perform Key Activity Tracking & Log Analysis (KATLA) to monitor operational efficiency.
   • Identify areas for continuous improvement and effective warehouse management.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in BBA/B.Com or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience:
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage teams and coordinate operations effectively.
  • Proficiency in preparing reports and managing inventory systems.
