Job Title: Privilege Universal Services Officer
Responsibilities:
As a Privilege Universal Services Officer at MCB Bank, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to privilege banking clients.
- Assisting clients with various banking transactions, inquiries, and requests.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with privilege banking customers.
- Educating clients on MCB’s products and services, including wealth management offerings.
- Resolving client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve branch targets and goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in banking or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
