As a Treasury Officer, you will play a critical role in managing the companyโs cash flow, overseeing financial transactions, and ensuring optimal liquidity. Your role will include monitoring financial markets, managing foreign exchange positions, and ensuring efficient fund management across the organization.
Cash and Liquidity Management: Oversee the management of cash flow and liquidity to ensure financial stability.
Forex & Financial Transactions: Manage foreign exchange positions and transactions for the company, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and review treasury reports and forecasts to provide key financial insights for decision-making.
Risk Management: Monitor financial risks and implement strategies to minimize exposure to foreign exchange or interest rate fluctuations.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and to support the broader goals of the company.
Graduate degree, preferably in Commerce, BBA, or MBA.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Treasury Officer, preferably with experience in an Exchange Company or similar financial institution.
Financial Expertise: In-depth understanding of treasury management, cash flow management, and financial markets.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial transactions and reporting.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Problem Solving: Ability to identify financial issues and come up with strategic solutions.
