As a Travel Counselor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with travel guidance, booking assistance, and personalized service. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Assisting passengers with flight reservations, ticketing, rebookings, and queries.
Offering travel solutions tailored to customer needs and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Handling customer concerns in a professional and calm manner.
Working in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely follow-up with clients.
A minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university (official transcript mandatory).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
A confident and pleasant personality.
Willingness to work flexible hours/shifts.
Basic to intermediate proficiency in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, and internet-based ticketing systems).
Previous experience in customer service or ticketing (preferred but not mandatory).
