Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry.
  • BBA/Masters degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve sales targets in the Faisalabad-Karachi territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.
