Key Responsibilities

As a Territory Sales Manager (TSM), your role will include:

✔️ Driving sales productivity by optimizing drop size, SKU per bill, and KPI achievement.
✔️ Ensuring achievement of monthly and annual sales volume targets.
✔️ Conducting outlet scans and proper market segmentation for better coverage.
✔️ Monitoring stock consumption and ensuring sales before expiry.
✔️ Implementing trade and brand promotional plans within the assigned territory.
✔️ Meeting and exceeding sales targets in the assigned market.
✔️ Managing distributor claims and ensuring smooth processing.
✔️ Building and maintaining strong retailer relationships to enhance AVA (Availability, Visibility, and Accessibility).


Eligibility Criteria

✔️ Education: B.A/BBA in Marketing or Sales.
✔️ Experience: Up to 4 years of experience in field sales, territory management, or distribution handling within the Food/FMCG industry.
✔️ Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance and market trends.
  • Experience in retail and distribution management.
  • Good understanding of trade marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with strong leadership skills.
