As a Territory Sales Executive, you will own the General Trade sales cycle for Sheikhupura: managing distributor partnerships, ensuring market coverage, and meeting sales targets. You’ll report to the Regional Sales Manager and be instrumental in growing Mezan’s market share.
Experience: 3–5 years in General Trade sales, ideally within FMCG (cooking oil, dairy, snacks, etc.).
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
Technical Skills:
Proficient in MS Office (Excel for reporting).
Sound understanding of distribution channels and trade-sales processes.
Attributes:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Results-oriented with the ability to thrive under targets.
Sales Target Delivery: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly volume and revenue goals for your territory.
Distributor Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong partnerships with distributors and key outlet owners.
Negotiate promotion plans, shelf-space allocations, and payment terms.
Market Coverage & Monitoring:
Conduct regular field visits to ensure product availability and visibility.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends; report insights.
New Towns Opening: Identify adjacent or underserved areas, onboard new distributors, and roll out go-to-market strategies.
Inventory Coordination: Liaise with logistics and warehousing to maintain optimal stock levels and timely deliveries.
