Role Overview

As a Territory Sales Executive, you will own the general-trade business in your assigned area of Lahore. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll ensure Mezan products dominate the shelves, distributors are fully engaged, and sales targets are consistently met.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Target Achievement: Deliver on monthly and quarterly volume and revenue targets for Mezan cooking oil.

  • Distributor & Market Relationships:

    • Build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, and key outlet owners.

    • Negotiate shelf space, promotions, and payment terms.

  • Market Coverage & Reporting:

    • Conduct regular market visits to assess product availability, pricing, and competitor activity.

    • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports using MS Office tools, highlighting risks and opportunities.

  • New Towns Opening: Identify nearby markets beyond your core area, onboard new distributors, and develop go-to-market plans.

  • Stock & Distribution Management: Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted supply and timely deliveries.


Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3–5 years in general-trade sales within the FMCG sector, preferably in cooking oil, dairy, or fast-moving consumables.

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in MS Office—especially Excel—for reporting and data analysis.

    • Familiarity with distribution networks and trade-sales processes.

  • Personal Attributes:

    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    • Self-starter with strong planning, organization, and time-management abilities.

    • Results-oriented mindset with resilience to thrive in a competitive marketplace.
