🔹 Job Overview

As a Territory Manager / Territory Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market reach, and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the assigned territory. You will be expected to maximize sales revenue, ensure the availability of Shangrila products, and execute effective sales strategies.


🔹 Key Responsibilities

Sales Growth & Territory Expansion:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in the assigned territory.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key clients.
  • Address customer concerns and provide exceptional support to enhance brand loyalty.

Market Analysis & Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor sales trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to the management team.

Trade & Promotional Activities:

  • Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and merchandising.
  • Implement promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales volume.

Effective Communication & Reporting:

  • Present sales data, market analysis, and performance updates to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with sales goals.

📌 Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Education Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and business development.

💼 Experience Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience (2-3 years in the Food & Beverage industry preferred).
  • Proven track record in territory sales, distribution management, and client acquisition.

📝 Required Skills:
✔ Strong negotiation, sales, and presentation skills.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Ability to analyze sales trends and market conditions.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
