As a Telesales Executive, you will play a key role in growing the company’s client base and ensuring excellent customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include:
Outbound Calling:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell office furniture products and related services.
Lead Generation:
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, handling inbound inquiries, and following up on prospects.
Sales Process Management:
Understand customer needs, recommend suitable office furniture solutions, and guide customers through the sales journey.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Customer Relationship Building:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
CRM Management:
Accurately update and maintain sales records and customer information in the CRM system.
Education:
Graduation degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in telesales, B2B sales, or customer service.
Experience in the furniture, office solutions, or interior design sectors will be a plus.
Excellent communication and telephone handling skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Good listening skills to understand client needs.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
